The Chiropractic Adjustment is a procedure in which the doctor uses their hands or a small instrument, called an activator, to apply a controlled, sudden force to a joint.

The Graston Technique instruments enhance Dr. Christie's ability to detect adhesions, scar tissue or restrictions in the affected areas. Dr. Christie will use the stainless steel instruments to comb over and "catch" on fibrotic tissue, which immediately identifies the areas of restriction.
